Slush 2026 – dates and venue
Slush takes place on 18–19 November 2026 at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Center (Messukeskus), Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki, according to the event’s own information. 17 November is Day 0 for investors and founders with the relevant tickets. Full details are on the Slush website.
Why rent a car for Slush week
Slush week is more than two conference days: side events are spread around Helsinki, meetings happen at offices across the city, and November evenings are dark and cold. A car keeps the team together and the schedule intact, and it is the simplest way to move between the airport, the hotel and the venue.
Next door to the venue
Our office is at Ratapihantie 11 in Itä-Pasila, within walking distance of Messukeskus – so collecting a car costs you almost no conference time. Slush advises visitors arriving by car to use the Northern Entrance; check current parking information with Messukeskus.
Which car?
The automatic Kia Ceed is easy in winter city traffic, the Toyota Corolla suits two travellers with luggage, and the 9-seat Ford Tourneo Custom carries the whole team in one go. A category B licence is enough for all of them, and winter tyres are fitted in the winter season.
